Swamped with homework and inability to do that “time management” thing I’m supposed to be doing.
Brief summary:
Ashleigh pooped all over her room a couple days ago (there’s nothing quite as fun as cleaning shit out of the speakers of a Sit ‘n Spin with a toothpick).
She now signs eat, and we’re working on drink, water, and milk.
I finally finished that self-assessment crap and am actually following through with my cardio and weight training plan I completely bs’d in the paper.
Teachers who don’t respond to my emails in over a week piss me off, but the one who replies with a “thanks for turning in your assignment, I will let you know my thoughts on it soon” has won a huge gold star in my book.
Water is starting to taste good again, but the caffeine withdrawals suck donkey ass.
And many, many more things and thoughts are going on lately. I’ll be back to vent or share eventually.

I meant to title this to go along with “busy as a bee” but now I can’t get the damn “song” out of my head that we did in high school choir…all we did was buzz through the whole thing. Ugh.
Anyhow, just a quick post to say howdy and that I’m doing okie dokie olie. I’ve just been extremely swamped with my classes and the atrocious amount of assignments and reading required. I’m trying to get everything done by Friday night so I can head up with John and Ash to see his parents Saturday.
Good news, though, I’m finally making my trip up to Seattle. To say Gen is excited is a complete understatement. Shoot, I’m already typing up my packing lists. I’ll gone a week at the end of June, but the coolest thing about all this is the deal I scored on my ticket. $171 AFTER all taxes. Niiice. I’m hoping to hook up with Amy for lunch, but who knows what everyone has planned for me.
Time to read some more chapters and write a damn self assessment. Ugh. Gonna have to think.

Well, the Mighty Ducks have officially screwed Detroit. This victory is even sweeter tasting to me, with two Spokane Chiefs alumni on the team, coach Mike Babcock, and Kurt Sauer.
I honestly didn’t think there would be a sweep, had figured the serious would go to game 5. At least now I’ll have little delay before some more stressfull game watching.

And some people wonder why we call Ash our little monkey. (view March pictures)
I’ve been a little busy lately, with two new classes starting last week, and entertaining this beautiful, crazy child of mine. This weekend was full of family time at a baseball game and a friend’s house and just chillin’ at home eating good food. Oh, yes, and a kick ass trip to the gym, where I discovered I lost two pounds last week, and was able to keep my extremely fast pace up the whole 30 minutes on the eliptical. Yee haw!
Now excuse me while I go laugh at Baghdad Bob as I fall asleep and try not to dream of Olie and Zowie bouncing around my room like last night.
